I’m Lynsey!

On more occasions than I can count, I’ve had a client ask why I chose massage therapy as a career. I think as healers our go-to answer is because we love helping people.

I’ve always gravitated towards science and spirituality. At first, massage was a hobby that was fulfilling and came naturally to me. When one is passionate about something, one can never get enough information. So I steadily soaked up all the knowledge I could, self educating as I went. With my rudimentary skills that I learned, I then practiced on family and friends. My love for massage grew every day as I practiced.

In 2013, I took the plunge and attended the National Holistic Institute - a college of massage, to become a Massage Therapist. Over the years since graduating, I continue my education, expanding my understanding of different modalities, new medical research and their application to my scope of practice. There is always more to learn about the human body.

Becoming a Massage Therapist was and is one of the best decisions I have ever made for myself.

Similarly, I was pulled towards the healing modality of Subconscious Imprinting. It was a natural progression because the mind body connection is intertwined. It’s not uncommon for clients to talk about mysterious aches and pains that just won’t go away. And then they reveal that something was also bothering them emotionally.

There is a direct connection to how we feel physically and how we feel emotionally.

Subconscious Imprinting Technique allows the client to heal their body with their mind. I knew I had found a beautiful addition to my practice when I received a session that successfully healed pain due to grief that had been lingering since 2014.

I am looking forward to helping you find health and happiness in your own life!
