Subconscious Imprinting Technique (S.I.T) is the discovery and reprogramming of limiting beliefs, patterns & behaviors that are negatively affecting your life and well-being. S.I.T. is not traditional talk therapy or counseling. Through the utilization of S.I.T., you’ll learn different perspectives of your life so you can identify patterns and begin the reprogramming of your own subconscious. This modality is based off of traditional Chinese medicine.

All Subconscious Imprinting sessions are conducted via a Zoom video call.

 

I am a Subconscious Imprinting Technique practitioner and alumni of the Empowered Healers Academy and have learned to access root events, experiences, emotions, environments & memories within your body via muscle testing. Once discovered, I will use targeted release statements to alter the way your body receives information, giving you a choice in how you respond to it in the future. Imagine it to be like your stinky old limiting beliefs are cleared out by opening a window & gaining the fresh new outlook that you’ve asked for!

  • A single session can be profoundly effective and create a life changing impact.

  • Expect to commit to 3-4 sessions. This will set you up for success, depending on your desired outcome & the complexity of the issue.

  • Following all aftercare guidance and taking the time inbetween sessions to integrate the insight you gain will be invaluable.

Reason & Re-frame

Before your session, I’ll go over your in-depth client lifestyle questionnaire to make sure we are both on the same page as to the reason for the session and to talk about your desired outcome. Once we are both logged in to the Zoom call you will already have a reason in mind for our session at that time.

Your reason can relate to mental, emotional, physical or a combination of issues. Once we establish your reason, we can flip it and get to know your re-frame. The re-frame for your reason will be how you want to feel by the end of our session. (Reason: anxiety vs Re-frame: peaceful). We will then go over some statements to reprogram the subconscious mind with new patterns.

The Root Cause

We’ll begin to reveal detailed information regarding the root cause of the issue (this can be physical, emotional or spiritual). It’s often a hidden belief or decision you made due to a specific life event, experience, trauma or influence.

At this point, I will do the muscle testing and share my findings with you.

  • My findings may include where you are holding your emotions in your body as well as if they are yours to carry or if there is an original event to explore.

  • My findings will then bring up memories and we will build your session around whatever comes up for you.

  • If at any time during the session you do not want to divulge details of a specific memory, you are under no obligation to do so. You are always in control of your session.

Reprogram & Release

We’ll begin to clear the emotional charge associated with the issue that resides within the subconscious mind. Once the root cause has been revealed, we will go through a specific process that will uncover emotional charges and patterns that are causing dis-ease within the body.

Here’s where I’ll ask you to get comfy. Preferably in a laying down position where you are still in the view of the camera. As you are settling in, I will put together some “repeat after me” re-programing statements. There will be many clearing statements and opportunities to recognize emotions that pop up.

Just like in the dentist where they have to drill a cavity, they must fill in that space to retain the integrity of the tooth, we too, must fill in the empty space created by disrupting your original subconscious beliefs with those re-programing statements. This portion of the session is called the “Restore” stage where you adopt your new subconscious beliefs established in your re-frame earlier in the session.

Restore

Now that the path is clear to your desired outcome, we will begin the restore stage to create new pathways in the subconscious mind that align with your desired outcome. You’re like a smartphone that’s been restored to the factory settings. Think of it like erasing your phone of viruses and installing new apps that are more advanced and aligned with who you want to become.

With this being the first session, you need to be prepared that it may be a heavy hitter and provide ample time for you to process. A week between the first and second sessions is ideal. And 3 to 4 sessions will provide lasting effects.
